• Specifications, features, and images are accurate to the best of our knowledge.
• Minor differences in colour, packaging, or firmware may occur as products are improved.
• Professional instruments must be used within the stated safety category (CAT) and instructions.

• All prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT unless stated otherwise.
• We accept major debit/credit cards, PayPal, and secure checkout gateways; payment is taken at order confirmation.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time before acceptance of your order.
• In case of obvious pricing errors, we may cancel the order and refund you in full (see Errors & Omissions).

• You’ll receive an automatic email acknowledging receipt of your order.
• Dispatch normally occurs within 1 working day (Mon–Fri, excluding bank holidays).
• If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

• ZOYI instruments are for professional/educational use; always follow safety instructions and CAT ratings.
• We are not liable for damage/injury caused by misuse, modification, or use outside specifications.
• Calibration and measurement results may vary by environment and application.

• These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

• Identity & Address Verification: We may request additional information (e.g., billing address confirmation, phone/email verification) before dispatch.
• Right to Refuse/Cancel: We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order suspected of fraud, unauthorised resale, or policy abuse. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Chargebacks & Disputes: If a payment is disputed or charged back after dispatch, we may suspend warranties/support and pursue recovery of goods or costs.
• Title Retention: Goods remain our property until payment clears in full.
• Serial & Hologram Checks: Warranty service may require matching serial numbers and a ZOYI UK barcode/hologram to confirm official UK stock.
• Returns Inspection: Items returned used, incomplete, or damaged may be refused or subject to a deduction reflecting diminished value.
• Resale & Distribution: Purchase does not grant the right to represent ZOYI UK or act as an authorised reseller without written consent.
• Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

• Errors & Omissions: From time to time there may be typographical, pricing, availability, or imagery errors. We may correct these and cancel/refund affected orders prior to dispatch.
• Availability & Maintenance: We may suspend the website for updates or maintenance without notice.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays/failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., courier issues, power/network outages, extreme weather).

• All content (text, images, logos) is owned by ZOYI UK or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.
• You may not copy, scrape, spider, or use automated means to access the site without prior written consent.
• Limited, revocable licence granted to access the site for personal, non-commercial use.
