30-Day Returns Guarantee

Return any item within 30 days of receipt

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and inserts.
  • Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
  • Once inspected and approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Change-of-Mind returns: Buyer pays return postage.

⚙️Faulty or Damaged (First 30 Days)

If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault within 30 days

  • Contact our support team at info@zoyi.co.uk.
  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label (UK only).
  • After inspection, choose a replacement or a refund.

All products sold by ZOYI UK (Official Distributor) include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

What’s covered

  • Manufacturing or calibration faults
  • Internal component failure (not user-induced)

What’s not covered

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorised repair
  • Cosmetic wear or liquid ingress
  • Power surge or battery leakage

To claim your warranty, the product must carry a ZOYI UK barcode or hologram label confirming official UK stock.
