- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and inserts.
- Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
- Once inspected and approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Change-of-Mind returns: Buyer pays return postage.

If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault within 30 days

- We’ll provide a prepaid return label (UK only).
- After inspection, choose a replacement or a refund.

To claim your warranty, the product must carry a ZOYI UK barcode or hologram label confirming official UK stock.
