- Orders placed after 14:00, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

- Next-Day Delivery – Available at checkout for an additional fee.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@zoyi.co.uk to request a Return Authorisation (RMA) number.
- Securely package your item and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Return Costs
- If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover return postage costs in full.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
Warranty
- All ZOYI products are covered by a 365-day warranty from the date of purchase.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.
- It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.
