Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed Monday to Saturday before 14:00 (2 PM) are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 14:00, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Processing Time

We process and dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days.

UK Shipping Options

  1. Free Standard Delivery – Estimated 2–4 business days.
  2. Next-Day Delivery – Available at checkout for an additional fee.
    • Services used: Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD.

International Shipping

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier service selected.

Bulk Orders

For wholesale or bulk purchases, please contact our customer service team before placing your order to confirm delivery arrangements.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@zoyi.co.uk to request a Return Authorisation (RMA) number.
  2. Securely package your item and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Send your return to our UK address:

Return Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover return postage costs in full.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.

Warranty

  • All ZOYI products are covered by a 365-day warranty from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.
  • It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.
