Refund Request Form – ZOYI UK

Thank you for choosing ZOYI UK. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund in accordance with the policy below.


Returns Eligibility

  • All products purchased from zoyi.co.uk are eligible for return, including all ZOYI products.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
    • Unused and in its original packaging
    • In the same condition as received
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Warranty Coverage

  • All ZOYI multimeters are covered by a 365-day warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal usage conditions.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.

Refund Process

  1. Complete the form below or email info@zoyi.co.uk to request a Return Authorisation (RMA) number.
  2. Upload your purchase receipt or proof of purchase to receive your RMA.
  3. Once approved, securely package the item and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside.
  4. Ship the item back to:

Return Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.

Refund Approval

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (processing times depend on your payment provider).
