Thank you for choosing ZOYI UK. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund in accordance with the policy below.
Returns Eligibility
- All products purchased from zoyi.co.uk are eligible for return, including all ZOYI products.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Warranty Coverage
- All ZOYI multimeters are covered by a 365-day warranty from the date of purchase.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal usage conditions.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.
Refund Process
- Complete the form below or email info@zoyi.co.uk to request a Return Authorisation (RMA) number.
- Upload your purchase receipt or proof of purchase to receive your RMA.
- Once approved, securely package the item and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside.
- Ship the item back to:

Return Costs
- If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.
Refund Approval
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (processing times depend on your payment provider).
